US domestic shipping

We offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders over US$1000, and complimentary next day air shipping on all orders over US$10,000 within the continental United States. All packages are insured and will require signature confirmation. Shipping confirmations are sent once your order is en route. Expedited shipping options can be arranged as well if needed. Please reach out to us and we will assist you.

International shipping

For International orders, we ship all packages tracked and insured. We will also require signature on delivery wherever possible unless you expressly deny it. International shipping costs are determined by the carrier, please choose the option that suits you best at checkout. Once an item is in your cart, you can use the shipping estimator on the right side of the shopping cart page to calculate shipping cost. Please note, international shipments often incur Custom duties. Please ensure you’re aware of this extra charge before placing your order. Mereen will not be responsible for the cost of clearing your items through customs. For international jewelry repairs, the package must be declared as a return and repair in order for taxes and duties to not incur.

Return Policy

At Mereen, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our fine jewelry. To ensure a seamless experience, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Standard Purchases: Items purchased from our ready-to-wear collection can be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery or in-person pickup. We do not offer refunds unless there are extraordinary circumstances.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces: Due to their personalized nature, custom-designed and made-to-order jewelry are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

    • Altered Items: Jewelry that has been resized, engraved, or otherwise modified post-purchase cannot be returned.

    • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization.

  2. Prepare Shipment: Ensure the item is unworn, in its original condition, and includes all packaging materials and certificates.

  3. Shipping: We are unable to offer free return shipping. We can send a return label for an added cost or you can choose to use a shipping service of your choice. Please send all packages tracked and insured for the full item value. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refunds and Store Credit:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees.

  • Store credit can be used toward any future purchase and does not expire.

Exchanges:

  • Once your items are received and inspected, you will receive a giftcard to the value of your original purchase to use on our website.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • We stand by our workmanship. Should you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a repair or replacement.

Additional Information:

  • Gift Returns: Items received as gifts can be returned for store credit by the gift recipient, adhering to the same return conditions.

  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and shipping costs for international returns. If you are returning your piece for maintainence or repair, please declare it as a repair/return so no duties are incurred since we will not be responsible for those.
